Why was arc-colors removed from the Lucid repositories?

I was a bit surprised that the package arc-colors, and several related
packages, was removed from the Lucid repositories. It's a set of
wallpapers, that match the shiki-colors and gnome-colors packages --
which are still in the repositories.

They're just graphics. Why remove them?
