Hi,
thanks for your participation.

Those issues should be reported into launchpad with ubuntu-bug
netbook-launcher if you don't find it already on Launchpad
(http://launchpad.net/).
Concerning your first issue, there is already an opened bug about that
and I'm not clear about a clean solution for it. This issue existed in
the karmic version as well. I guess it'll have to wait for a proper fix
once the others more annoying issue would be fixed.

Concerning the second one, netbook-launcher improved a lot in lucid
cycle release for right to left languages (before, you won't even have
seen the bar and the arrow on the right side). There are still some
issues about this, apparently, can you please open a bug about that one?
