OpenCV and Emgu CV packaging for the first time

Hi,

my name is Ali Servet Donmez. I'm currently developing face detection
for F-Spot, for that reason I need up-to-date packages for OpenCV
library and introduce a new package for EmguCV C# wrapper for OpenCV.

Is there any mentor who could help me during packaging and publish
either on PPA @ LaunchPad or where ever?
