Perhaps. However it's extremely simple to build the package yourself, using
the equivs control file [0]. It's nearly as easy as going "apt-get install
mononono". You need to install the equivs package, but after that, just do:

$ equivs-build mononono.ctl

and this creates mononono_1.0_all.deb
