How should ubiquity-slideshow behave when a translation is not available? (For non-English users especially)

Hi,

I think displaying English is better, and you may remember about bug
476269, which makes Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese, and English variant
translations aren't shown during Karmic installation, users are
looking at English text during installation.
Having no translations is a damning thing, but nothing shown is even
worse I think.
