upgrade kazehakase & invalid bug

Hi all,
    I filed a bug about upgrade as a new release of kazehakase became
available. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kazehakase/+bug/187210
but apparently it needs some discussion. So here's an appeal to have
the new release :)
