We do have a graphical installer, just not for Ubuntu Studio at present
(and judging by Luke's reply there's not a lot of interest there; since
Ubuntu Studio allows for several different configurations it's tricky to
accommodate it within the simple graphical installer).

The main problem with a graphical grub is that it just doesn't work on
as many machines! Doing any kind of sophisticated graphics in early real
mode is tricky to get right. We've tried this in the past; no doubt we
will try it again in the future.
