View or Run dialog not showing up after today's Hardy updates

Executable Text files (like .sh and .js) used to make a dialog show up "Do
you want to run or edit this file?".

After today's Hardy updates, this dialog doesn't show up. I double-click on
any of these, and nothing happens. Open-with in the context menu still works
though. Changing the default application (properties->open with) doesn't
have any effect.

Anybody else seeing this?
