Differences between desktop and alternative installation

I'v found few differences between a Gutsy RC installed with dekstop iso
and alternative iso (i386)

I attach the diff. I hope that this will be helpfull to enhance Gutsy
installation.
We should understand why these differences are there.

/etc/hesiod.conf
/etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume
/etc/modules
/etc/network/interfaces
/etc/X11/xorg.conf
