"Enterprise" Ubuntu

Hi all.

Can anybody tell if there is team working on inventing Enterprise features
to Ubuntu Linux? I mean all that features that Microsoft AD does? Such as
"Rights Control", "Movable User Profiles", "Device Managemanet" and many
other.
