In general, having a "sid-like" permanent unstable is unlikely happen,
mostly because of the massive duplication of resources it would cause.
However, there has been a long term plan to have a "Grumpy Groundhog",
wherein the packages would be built, probably nightly, directly out of
upstream revision control. This, however, is still very much a dream
and an idea at this point and might not even come into fruition in
this form.
