Good idea. An base installation CD is about to satisfy basic needs
and the LiveCD feature is mere a preview of what you get when
installing the OS on your hard disk.
Regarding the Flickr integration ... does this even work reasonably
off the live CD? Where do you store your photos to be uploaded, how
does one remember passwords and how do you explain your photos are
gone if you or the computer decides to shut down?
Regarding technology, I don't think fighting competition by cloning
them is a good idea. Wouldn't be something like Wine a lot more
reasonable to be integrated into the basics?
