Registering a distribution to Launchpad.

Good Day,

I'm on the process of finishing a project distribution for AMA Computer
University that will be used throughout the 300+ AMA campuses around the
Philippines. It will be advertised on TV, radio and newspaper in the coming
months that will be funded by AMA.

I would like to ask how do I add the distribution to launchpad like on
https://launchpad.net/distros page,
the scenarios are it has changes on some ubuntu packages and would like to
use the distro branch for tracking.
