Reminder: Vacant Developer Membership Board seats: Call for nominations

Hello developers,

This is the second call for nominations for the upcoming DMB elections.
The original mail is full quoted below.

We currently do *not* have sufficient nominations to fill all vacant
posts. Please consider nominating yourself if you would be willing to
serve on the board.
