Second call for votes: Vacant Developer Membership Board seats

Greetings,

This mail is to remind all Ubuntu developers of the ongoing Developer
Membership Board vote, which closes on 2014-03-10 at approximately 12:00
UTC.

If you haven't already, please consider voting.

The original call is full quoted below. If you're an Ubuntu developer
(team ~ubuntu-dev in Launchpad) who wishes to vote, and you didn't
receive a ballot, please email me privately.
