The Developer Membership Board (DMB) met this Monday at 19:00 UTC.

Notes:
== Ubuntu Contributing Developer Applications - Juan Negron ==
After discussing with Juan for half an hour and carefully reviewing his
past and current contributions, the Developer Membership Board felt that
it'd be better for a regular Ubuntu Membership board to review his
application.
As such, the DMB decided not to vote and instead recommended Juan
applies to the Ubuntu Membership board covering his timezone.
