Ubuntu 10.10 Release Candidate this Thursday....This is it!

The Release Team has now officially stopped processing upload requests
for the Ubuntu 10.10 Release Candidate, and will now start the ISO build
and test process for the planned release this Thursday. 

Jonathan Riddell (Riddell on irc) of the Release Team will be
coordinating efforts for the ISO build and release.  Please keep this in
mind, and refrain from making any requests of him or the release team
that do not directly affect the 10.10 RC release.
