Debian Import Freeze in effect

Hi folks,

Per <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KarmicReleaseSchedule>, the
DebianImportFreeze[1] is now in effect.  Please remember that if you are
waiting for bug fixes from Debian for Karmic, you will now need to file your
sync requests explicitly.
