No development team meeting this week or next

Due to a wealth of public and personal holidays this week, much of the
development team is away, so we'll forego the normally scheduled meeting
this week.  Next week is the developer summit, where we'll be spending all
of our time together anyway, so the next scheduled meeting will be Thursday,
June 29th at 1400 UTC.
