Dapper Development Status 09 February 2006

Hi all,

Please find attached the report from this week's Dapper Development
Status meeting, held earlier today.

We now have 32 goals which have been implemented, that's just over 1/3
of the way there. \o/

Please make an effort to ensure that any spec which is marked red or
yellow due to:
- not yet having an approved spec, 
- being blocked or 
- through inactivity
Is progressed back to green as appropriate.

If you feel a goal is not going to be met, please raise the concern as
soon as you can, so a decision can be made whether it is best to defer
the goal.

The next meeting is scheduled for Thursday 16 February 2006 at 14:00
UTC.
