It's time to jettison CCSM

Here's the blueprint for handling CCSM -

interested in the project , please  go ahead and subscribe , give 
opinion , contribute , etc.
   The objectives are as simple as soup ,so lets get them done (I'm 
pretty new to the development process and I cant even commit a 
description change , but I can do everything else and I only need some 
help in the bureaucracy ) .
