modifying mouse menu in gnome

I've just installed Ubuntu Feisty recently.  I've used classic X
before and KDE.  This is the first time  exploring Gnome.  One of the
things I remember I could do was modify/configure my mouse menus
(right,center,left buttons).  I can't figure out how to do that with
Gnome.  The documentation I've reviewed doesn't mention it.  Surely it
is possible.  What am I missing?

I hope this was the correct mail-list for this problem.
