Compiz default settings

I don't run Gutsy, but I do run Feisty Fawn, with Compiz snapshots.
Anyway, we're testing Vista at work and their defaults literally give me
a headache (too blurry on create/close).  I'd much prefer the zoom
effect to be default, as it looks nicer and as stated above, improves
usability.
