which package can find the file wich define menu "System-help-System Documentation" ?

Ubuntu is excellent linux!
but some of my customer like origional menu of gnome! so I want to use
origional yelp.desktop , there is yelp.desktop in
/usr/share/applications but it haven't available for system.
why not use a desktop entry to defined this help menu?
