Contribution wiki page: Needs translating

It's a page that can be a terrific guide that lists ways on how to
contribute to various Ubuntu projects and development sections.
I got it from http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=896777
ContributingGR is the greek translation, I started doing it several
days ago, but I don't have much time this month, maybe someone can
continue translating and I'll process (aka beautify) the page
accordingly.

It might a bit late to use it for contributing to Intrepid, but it's a
great guide for following releases!
