Process of organizing an UbuCon

Hey @All,

I wanna know about the whole process of organizing UbuCon in my local area,

which is Tunisia in North Africa.

We have our LoCo team and we are willing to organize an UbuCon, BTW, it's
the

1st time that UbuCon will be in North Africa & in Africa in general.
