Feedback: Encouraging others contributors to become members is
important, too. Part of the session might include best practices at
recognizing contributions from others, the contribution threshold at
which you should coach others toward applying for membership, how
involved (or hands-off) to be during their application, how to announce
when a new member applies, and how to announce when a new member is
approved.

If a contributor does not have a mentor or leader or peer to counsel
them toward applying for membership, then that team has a bigger
problem than merely a lack of members.
