[IDEA]Applying for Ubuntu Membership Workshop

All,

Pardon for cross-posting.

I'm thinking on hosting an applying for Ubuntu membership on Ubuntu On 
Air.

Topics include:

- Registering on LaunchPad
- Creating a personal wiki page
- What sort of contributions are counted

At the moment, I only can think of these three.  If anyone has more 
topics, you can suggest them.  And, of course, there will be QA at the 
end of the session or during the sections.  Also, if the session is more 
than an hour, it can be broken up into parts during a month when we 
settle on this idea.
