As one moderator of /r/Ubuntu, I pride myself in keeping this subreddit 
far more civil than some.  Of course it *is* reddit, so we let a little 
bit slide, but most conversation there is pretty reasonable on the whole.

Could you elaborate on specific harassment issues in /r/Ubuntu?  I'm 
always happy to improve things.  (Feel free to take this off-list.)
