Moving the Ubuntu Wiki to Mediawiki or something else?

Totally agree with Gunnar and Elizabeth, getting the edit access back
should be the primary efforts.

Regarding moving the wiki outside of moinmoin, in my opinion DokuWiki would
be a good option.
