I think this is the critical piece. I used discourse briefly at first,
and only marginally since. It never grew beyond the prototype stage, and
ultimately was rejected as an upgrade path for the most similar lines of
communication, the forums. That sealed it's fate. In the interest of
keeping communication lines focused, I would support shutting it down.
