Updated Community Leaders and Contacts page with Membership Board Info

All,

Sorry for cross-posting, but I need to share the news to both teams as 
it relates to both.

I made an update on the Community Leaders[1] and the Contacts[1] about 
the Membership Board.  On the Community Leaders page, I updated it to 
just the Board info and on the Contacts, I did that and also added the 
time/date slots.

The only thing that needs updating is the chart on the Community Leaders 
page which I will try to do.
