UOS planning

Hello everybody,

on 3-5 Nov 2015 we are going to have the next UOS where we plan things
for the X cycle. For this to work out, we need to get together and plan
the entire event.

If you are interested in Ubuntu Online Summit and want to help out, it'd
be great if you show up as well so we can discuss ideas, work items and
who's doing what. :)
