I would love a workshop on creating local scopes for dummies. I've
seen various scope tutorials, but they all concentrate on cloud
services. My specific interest is custom XMP metadata for images, but
a more general workshop should be good enough.

I also would love to learn more on creating ppa packages from scratch.
For instance, I have been trying to build and publish a deb from exiv2
trunk, but without luck.
