Request to keep discussions public

The Kubuntu Council would like to request the Ubuntu CC to keep any
further discussions regarding Kubuntu members public by discussing
these concerns on the Kubuntu Council mailing list (
kubuntu-council at lists.launchpad.net ) as well as the Kubuntu Devel
mailing list [1]
