Well, technically *everything* affects derivs and flavors. The reason
why this is a Canonical issue is that it pertains to Canonical-defined
and documented policy.
This is why the conversation is best started with the trademarks team
at Canonical: the CC won't have all that much visibility on the
discussions going on there.
If Canonical don't provide a satisfactory answer, are ignoring you, or
otherwise, it seems best then to raise it with Mark and then the CC.
