I think before we get to deployment, we should evaluate the
categories. A peek at the website source shows the options (if anyone
else wants to have a look, start at line 164 of the page source). How
did you come up with this list? Rationale behind how you organized
things will help us comb through and see if anything is missing, if
anything should be updated, etc.
And once we're at the "add to website" step of this project, the team
that has access to the website is here:

So we'll want to work with them. Typically I've interfaced with the
team by submitting a bug
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-community-website/ and then
following up in #ubuntu-community-team on freenode to move things
along. Unfortunately everyone who has access right now works for
Canonical and they're on holiday break this week.
