Estaba revisando en Launchpad y el mirror que aparece allí registrado es
uno de los de la Uniersidad Nacional (el mismo que se mencionó
anteriormente y todos los servicios están arriba)

Aquí encuentro la información al respecto, por Xavier Corredor

"una aclaracion es que el mirror generico para Colombia
co.archive.ubuntu.com
apunta (por ahora) a un mirror en brazil, entonces si quieren usar el
mirror
de la UN tiene que ser con el dns ubuntu.unal.edu.co"

El mirror donde estamos funcionando originalmente del que se habla
anteriormente es: ubuntu.c3sl.ufpr.br y en este mismo servidor hay otro
mirror de Debian 200.236.31.4

Y efectivamente los servicios calleron y se reporta de nuevo la subida del
mismo y los servicios cron están en actualización:
