En windows un atr es un: acceso telefonico a redes eso significa que es
necesario crear una conexion pppoe, l*a pregunta era de que color esta el
bombillo link* *de adsl*. la pregunta es para descartar cualquier problema
de configuracion en el modem, ya sabiendo de que te responde desde
192.168.1.1 que seria la ip que identifica al router inalambrico que tienes
conectado, no habria problemas de conectividad. Agregame por gtalk
