[ubuntu-cloud] [Openstack] Testing / Development Private Cloud in 1 single Box

Sorry,
maybe i didn't make it clear ... 

Purpose build the cloud is to use instances for apps development.
is the cloud consider dev or production ? 

but at the same time, its my 1st time building/test the cloud , reason why im using 1 hardware because currently have that machine for apps development. do plz advise.
