[ubuntu-cloud] Cloud OK, but how?

I will start to build a private cloud at my organziation. I have a
couple of working clouds with 10.40 (Ecualiptus) and I have taken an
expertise on it.

First, I have seen that latest Ubuntu documentation (Sept. 2011 [1])
talks about OpenStack, which show me that Ubuntu is changing cloud
structure. "Ubuntu Cloud: Technologies for FUTURE-thinking companies"

Second, help documentation[2] shows that UEC 11.10 still works with
Eucaliptus.

Then it is not clear to me what would be a great step to build a cloud
with Ubuntu now...
a) Install 10.04 with Eucaliptus
b) Wait for 12.04 with .....?
c) Install Ubuntu or Debian with OpenNebula[3].

I just hope to avoid open a Pandora's box... like to ask how is the best
Linux distro ...., but I would thank suggestions to build a private
cloud now.

Thank you,
Rodolfo Pilas
