[ubuntu-cloud] Partially good news on t1.micro/java issue (LP: #634487)

All,

Just a quick note on the infamous Java t1.micro hang/crash bug (LP: #
634487) -- the new EC2 region, US-West-2, does not appear to exhibit the
bug. In testing, i386 t1.micros for Lucid, Maverick, Natty and Oneiric
were able to install Java with out crashing, hanging or emitting a stack
trace.
