[ubuntu-cloud] Hello & Novice Query

Hello All,

I am new to Amazon EC2. I would like to host our website using the Free tier
provided by Amazon and using Ubuntu 9.10/9.04 (as I don't want to be in the
trouble of installing PHP 5.2 on Ubuntu 10+).

Is the above possible?
Which Ubuntu AMI should I use?
Can I keep the database on the same server? I mean what is EBS?
