[ubuntu-cloud] Refreshed UEC Images of 9.10 LTS (Karmic Koala)

A new release of the Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud Images for stable Ubuntu
release 9.10 (Karmic Koala) is available at [1].  Images are available for
download or immediate use on EC2 via published AMI ids.

There are a few important updates since the 20100607 release [2].
The 2 of largest interest are
 * linux-image-ec2 [3] updated (2.6.31-307.15 -> 2.6.31-307.17)
 * landscape-client [4] updated
   (1.5.0.1-0ubuntu0.9.10.0 -> 1.5.0.1-0ubuntu0.9.10.0)

If you are using a previous release, you should update in order to receive
the kernel change.  The kernel cannot be changed in an Ubuntu 9.10 based
image by package upgrade.

An additional reason to upgrade to the new images is to lower the time it
takes for a system upgrade (apt-get upgrade) on first boot.
