[ubuntu-cloud] Refreshed UEC Images of 8.04 LTS (Hardy Heron)

A new release of the Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud Images for stable Ubuntu
release 8.04 LTS (Hardy Heron) is available at [1].  Images are available for
download or immediate use on EC2 via published AMI ids.

There are only a few updates since the 20100610.1 release [2].
The primary reason for this refresh is to include a newer version of
landscape-client (1.5.4-0ubuntu0.8.04).  If you are using landscape
you should update.  If not, it is safe to continue using
the 20100610.1 release, and applying software updates.
