Still needs to be done. I added a "Confirmed" column to our schedule,
so as we catch up with folks we can check them off as confirmed (a
quick confirmation via IRC that the date and time are fine should be
sufficient).

OK, in just a day we've managed to bump the number of instructors and
we now have 14 hours of UUD and great coverage topic-wise.
Now the question is... how much longer do we want this? Do we want to
continue to push it out to pre-11:00 UTC and past 01:00 on Sunday? 14
hours is respectable and we want to start promoting the day itself
with a schedule, so I wouldn't have a problem sticking with the 14
hours we have.
