Sorry, but did you actually look at it? It is about making a portal
(hosted under ubuntu.ch) with pointers to Ubuntu resources in
different languages, where one link would be to the SwissTeam wiki as
well.

That we use the wiki to discuss this and make drafts, does not mean
that we wanted to translate the SwissTeam wiki or anything. Or do I
misunderstand your misunderstanding? :) Please take a closer look at
what has been done, and the discussions we already had on the ML and
wiki.

That is exactly what people were working on in these "draft" pages...
