[Ubuntu-ch] Zürich Ubuntu 8.10 Release Party: IRC meeting invitation

Hi all,

we are in the starting blocks for the upcoming Release Party in
Zürich, so we scheduled another two (2) meetings this week, namely:

Tuesday, October 28th, 19:30 Swiss Time in #ubuntu-ch on Freenode and
Thursday, October 30rd, 20:00 Swiss time in @ubuntu-ch on Freenode.

Please, everybody who can help, join us on Freenode, we still have the
following ToDos:

- Schedule: who does which talk? Needed a final version ASAP for the
flyer and poster!

- Flyer and poster, we have drafts by Florian, if everybody agrees and
the schedule is set we can print them.

- Advertising: Moira already volunteered to get in touch with the
users in the German forum as well as sending a notification to
Symlink.
we have a wiki page with people and media to contact, that should be
updated ASAP so we can send out the invitations and notifications.

- Daniel: do you need a hand for the drinks (transportation, etc.)?
Please tell us if you need help!

- Who does what during the event? Volunteers step forward!
