unfortunately not.

A good starting point to Linux could be the eeepc, which was delivered with
Xandros, one step further you are with Ubuntu.

Wrong question, you are right ... I did not see a single ad of Apple.

Exactly ... the direction is viral marketing nowadays.

The biggest pain is, that there is a "PC equals Windows" in nearly all of
the heads.
