[Ubuntu-ch] Release Party Intrepid Ibex

Hi all,

Good idea. And I hope we can again manage to have a party on both sides 
of the "Röstigraben".

After the last release party, I've brainstormed a bit about how to best 
organise such a release party. I got in touch with the ubuntu marketing 
team and I've started working on a "guide". Unluckily the ubuntu 
marketing team is terribly unstructured and I couldn't get any feedback 
from them.

The text is by far not complet, and if anybody is willing to work on it, 
feel free (any feedback would be welcome). But I hope that even in this 
advanced state it could be helpful for organising a nice event.
